Shipping policy

All ACR Design Co products are made to order, which means they are not currently in stock and we make them when they are ordered! They are prioritized in the sequence that they are received. Please see our home page for estimated production times. This time will vary based upon the current number of orders. 

ACR Design Co leather is operated by two craftsmen: a husband and wife team. Every item will be made with the highest quality and attention to detail.

Shipping will occur 1-3 days after the product has been made. For Family and anyone who would like to pick up their order, use the code: PICKUP at checkout. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email acrdesignco@gmail.com.
