Refund policy

***These terms do not apply to customized items (initials, etc.)*** In the rare case that you're unhappy with your product, we will gladly allow a 14 day period after receiving your item(s) to send them back unused and in the same condition. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is the result of a shipping error on behalf of ACR Design Co. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Returns are not eligible on customized orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted as follows:
 Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
